Cooking apples on the nose. Then very fruity with a mineral spine. Very correct. So clean but rigour overwhelms richness. Not expensive though. Neat. GV (JR)

Far more mineral than fruity on the nose. Smoky, peppery citrus. Sweet/sour contrast and harmony at the same time. Grapefruit, thiol-like flavour on the palate (more typical of Sauvignon Blanc though this is nothing like Sauvignon Blanc!). Also available in halves and magnums. (JH)

Just a little mousey/sulphidey on the nose. Pure blackcurrant fruit (not leaves) on the front palate. Cool as a cucumber. Still a little chewy but a very good effort on the whole. Wait a little? (JR)
