Score 16/20 · Drink 2018-2028, Jancis Robinson MW, Oct 2010

70-year-old vines. 75% new oak. Deep. Fresh, deep, rather severe fruit with lots of acidity, taut and a bit tough but certainly very Pommard. One of the longest term wines I have encountered so far on the journey up the Côte. (JR)
