Subtle aromas of caramelised pear and butterscotch but not nearly as sweet as the nose would suggest. Gently spicy and flawless designer fruit. Long and rich and bold, and above all, sophisticated. Very California in style. I can't fault it, but at this price I'd rather drink something with a bit more character and a bit less 'couture'. (TC)
