When is my wine available?
Your in-stock wine purchases
In-stock orders (where your purchase is already at our warehouse) placed before 12 noon (Pacific time) on a business day will be available for shipment, warehouse pick-up, or delivery by 3 pm the same day.   In-stock orders placed after 12 noon on any day (or on the weekend) will be available by 3 pm of the next business day.

To pick up in-stock wine orders during our Saturday warehouse hours (9am - 1pm), you must place your order by 12pm on the Friday before pick-up.
Your wine in our storage facility
  1. For 12 or fewer unique wines, requests received by noon on a business day will be available for shipment or warehouse pick-up by 3 p.m. the following business day.
  2. For more than 12 unique wines, 2 or more business days notice is required for shipment or warehouse pick-up.
  3. If you would like to have your wine delivered, requests must be made two business days in advance of requested delivery date.
Saturday pick-up of your wine in our storage facility
  1. For 12 or less unique wines, you must place a request to have your wine moved to will-call by 12PM on the Thursday before pick-up.
  2. For more than 12 unique wines in storage, you must submit your request by 12PM on the Wednesday before pick-up.
Your wine on pre-arrival
You may check the wine you have on pre-arrival by going to your VinCellar account and clicking on the pre-arrival tab.   Each wine ordered from Vinfolio has an estimated date of arrival.   Occasionally, logistical delays beyond our control occur which push the actual delivery date beyond these original estimates.   Your wine is guaranteed (read our 125% pre-arrival delivery guarantee ) but please feel free to call Customer Service if you have questions.   Once it arrives it is added to storage automatically and you are notified by email.
